SHELDON E. GOLDSTEIN, Esq.
Mr. Goldstein worked on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange from 1957 to 1965. From 1965 to 1967, he engaged in the private practice of law before returning to the NYSE as a Member from 1967 to 1977, during which time he was a Vice President/ Director of the Harris Group, Inc. and A.G. Becker & Co., Inc. In 1977, he started Sheldon E. Goldstein, P.C., predecessor to the present firm. Mr. Goldstein received his law degree from New York Law School, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of New York and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to receiving his law degree from The University of Dayton School of Law, Mr. Goldstein worked on the floor of the NYSE and established Registration Services, Inc., which offered to its clients and their counsel, registration and compliance services for broker-dealers and investment advisors. Mr. Goldstein has a B.B.A. in Management from Hofstra University Business School, and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of New York and Pennsylvania, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. While in Europe, he performed foreign exchange and cash management functions for twenty E. I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co., and Conoco subsidiaries; he also reviewed and negotiated contracts relating to the development of Conoco's North Sea oil and gas properties. Mr. Callaway has a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and a law degree from the New England School of Law and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of New York and Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
